Sherbet Punch

Put sherbet in punch bowl and let thaw a little. Then add 7-up (or Sprite) a little at a time pouring down the side of the bowl so you don't get too much foam.


Lemon-Kiwi Slushee

serves one
Ingredients: 1 kiwi 1/3 cup lemon sorbet 1/2 banana 1 tsp sugar 1 cube ice
Directions: Blend all ingredients until ice is broken up and drink is smooth

Mint Julep

Ingredients: 1/2 c. fresh mint leaves 2 lemons 1/2 c. sugar or honey water (up to 1 gallon)
Directions: Wash 1/4 c. mint leaves carefully. Put them in the container of a blender or food processor. Microwave 2 lemons for 10 seconds. Squeeze the juice out of the lemons. Add the juice to the blender or food processor. Add sugar or honey (water to cover). Blend just until the mint is finely minced. Pour into a gallon pitcher. Add water to fill the pitcher (up to 1 gallon). Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients: ¾ bag frozen unsweetened whole strawberries, 4 cups pineapple juice, 1 cup orange juice, 1 ½ cups frozen low-fat vanilla yogurt

Directions: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until the desired consistency.

Pina Colada Smoothie

Ingredients: 1 6oz container nonfat coconut yogurt (frozen), ½ frozen banana, ½ of 20oz can crushed pineapple, 1 cup nonfat milk

Directions: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until the desired consistency.

Banana Smoothie

Ingredients: 1 ripe banana, ½ cup nonfat yogurt, 1 Tb sugar or honey (do to taste), 1 cup crushed ice, 1 tsp. fresh lime juice

Directions: Place liquid ingredients in blender first, then add the rest. Blend until the desired consistency. Garnish with lime or banana wedge.

Raspberry Cream

Ingredients: 1 cup orange juice, 1 cup raspberry yogurt, 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt, ½ frozen banana (chunks), 1 ½ cups frozen raspberries

Directions: Place liquid ingredients in blender first, then add the rest. Blend until the desired consistency.

3-5 Servings

Peach Refresher

Ingredients: 2 cups peach nectar or apple juice, 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt, ½ banana, 1 cup peach yogurt, 1 ½ cups frozen peach slices


Directions: Place liquid ingredients in blender first, then add the rest. Blend until the desired consistency.

Raspberry Sunrise

Ingredients: 2 ½ cups orange juice, 1 ½ cups frozen raspberries, 1 cup raspberry sherbet

Directions: Place liquid ingredients in blender first, then add the rest. Blend until the desired consistency.

3-5 Servings

Mango Tango

Ingredients: 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 cup orange juice, ½ frozen banana (in chunks), 1 cup pineapple sherbet, 1 ½ cups frozen mango slices

Directions: Place liquid ingredients in blender first, then add the rest. Blend until the desired consistency.
